How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 48 hours. US delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. International orders arrive in 7–14 days. Free shipping on orders over $50.
What's your return policy?
30 days, no questions asked. If your cap isn't right, send it back for a full refund - we cover the return label on US orders.
Do the caps actually fit everyone?
Our adjustable rope-snap fits 6⅞" to 7⅝" - that's about 95% of adults. If you're outside that range, reach out, and we'll help.
How does the Buy 2, Get 1 Free work?
Add three caps to your cart and the lowest-priced one is automatically free at checkout. No code needed. Mix and match any colors.
Are the caps washable?
Yes - spot clean or hand wash in cold water with mild detergent. Air dry only. Never machine dry. They'll look new for years.
What shipping methods are available?
We ship every order via standard tracked shipping. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse (within 48 hours of purchase), you'll get an email with a tracking number so you can follow it the whole way to your door.

Yes, we ship worldwide. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and, where applicable, are calculated at checkout.
